Terms of the service

By entrusting the commission, you have automatically agreed to the terms below.

General Terms

If I see inappropriate behavior I'll cancel the commission. In some cases you'll be excluded from future commissions.

Provide good references of your character - pictures that show a clear design. Written references are also accepted. I also want to request that you send me a message immediately with all requests for commissions so that I can decide whether to accept/not accept them.

I don't draw - NSFW, heavy urban backgrounds, anything implicitly or explicitly offensive/hateful, anthro,

I draw - dragons, other fantastic animals (unicorns, griffins, etc.), animals, people

If I accept your commission, you will be notified via your preferred contact method and your name/commission status will be added to my commission queue.
If you have been accepted to the waiting list, you will be notified and added to my waiting list. I will contact you again soon when I am ready to start the commission.

If I accept it, it means that I would like to continue the commission and I will contact you soon to discuss payment, time schedule and any questions.

Rejected applications will not receive a notification.

If a week has passed and you have not received a

message and your name is not on my commission, it means that I have not accepted your commission request.
If I do not accept your request, there may be several

reasons. For example, I don't like a character or an idea, etc. I'm all about mutual satisfaction where you don't spend your hard earned money and I don't create work we both don't like.

Process and Completion

I will send the sketch for approval. The sketch may have added color for orientation. However, if you order - Fullbody sketch - I will send you only a rough sketch without color. At this stage, you can fully intervene in the sketch.

If I have any questions about your request, character, etc., I will write you a message. I will wait for your reply but please make sure you reply as soon as possible so I can continue.

You can request WIP at any time during the work.

Time of my work depends on the complexity of the project. I'm trying to finish more complex works in 1-2 months after payment. If any complication arises during the work, for example a big time slip, I will let you know.

Don't worry, I will try to keep this time.

Once I have finished the artwork, you will get the full resolution image via email or sta.sh in PNG format.

Payment

Payment is made in advance in EUR via Paypal. I will send you the invoice to the email you provided.
If you are from Slovakia or the Czech Republic, we can agree on payment through a bank account.

Make sure you can make the payment within 7 days of commission confirmation. If payment is not made within this period, the invoice will be taken back and the commission the slot becomes free. This slot will be occupied by the next customer in line.

If serious circumstances prevent you from making a payment within this time frame, feel free to let me know and we'll work something out!

I will accept partial or late payments as long as a specific reason.

Refunds

Refunds can be requested at any time, however full refunds are only issued before the commission has been started.

If progress has already been made prior to cancellation, a partial refund will be issued based on the amount of work already completed.

I as an artist retain all rights to created artwork. I reserve right to repost, use and sell created art in digital or physical forms. Profits won't be shared.

You can use the ordered work for personal purposes - print it, use it as a reference, add it to your personal profile or profile pictures - make sure you enter my credit.

Do not use any parts of the image for personal gain
The artworks will be copyrighted and you may not claim artistic works as your own.
